MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責
·??????Developand implement policies and standard operating procedures to ensure theircompliance.

·??????Actively invite Guests to participate in a variety ofentertainment activities.
積極邀請賓客參加豐富多彩的文娛活動。
·??????Collaborate with external performers, artists, and entertainmentproviders to curate captivating experiences that elevate guest engagement.
與外部表演者、藝術家和娛樂提供商合作，打造引人入勝的在地體驗，提高賓客參與度。
·??????Host educational visits as and when required.
根據需要舉辦教育訪問。
·??????Promote and upsell food and beverage outlets, eventsand theme nights according to set targets.
根據設定的目標，推廣和追加銷售餐飲設施、活動和主題之夜。
·??????Organise and facilitate on-the-job training andcoaching sessions to develop knowledge and competencies of subordinates.

·??????Stay ahead of industry trends and innovative eventconcepts to continuously enhance the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.

·??????Supervise the resort's activity facilities and other recreational areas.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景資格
At least a Higher School
Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
至少具有高中證書或同等資格。
Tertiary education at Degree
Level in Recreation, Leisure, or Tourism Management from a recognised institution
or equivalent qualifications.
獲得認可機構頒發(fā)的休閑、休閑或旅游管理學位的高等教育或同等資格。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作經歷
A minimum of 5 years of
working experience in leisure and recreation at managerial level in the
hospitality industry.
至少5年酒店業(yè)休閑娛樂管理工作經驗。
International working
experience with well-known luxury hotel brand would be a definite
advantage.
擁有知名豪華酒店品牌的國際工作經驗將是一個絕對的優(yōu)勢。
??Pre-opening resort experience is a plus.
度假村籌備開業(yè)經歷是加分項。
??Hold a national-certified high-risk swimming poolcertificate and First-Aid certificate is big plus.
持有國家認證的泳池救生員證書和緊急救護證書是一大優(yōu)勢。

Manager.
