?Be fully trained and certified incarrying out all therapies and treatments available to guests in? the spa,in-room, or outdoors as per resort standards.
? ? ?受過全面培訓，獲得理療認證，可根據度假酒店的規(guī)范在水療中心、室內或戶外為客人提供理? ? ? ?療服務。
?Prepare all treatments correctly andefficiently as per resort standards.
? ? ? 按照度假酒店的規(guī)范，恰當有效地準備所有理療。
Communicate and assist guests as perresort standards.
? ? ?按照度假酒店的規(guī)范，與客人溝通，并協助客人。
Work in a clean and hygienic manneras per resort standards.
? ? ?按照度假酒店的規(guī)范，以清潔、衛(wèi)生的方式工作。
Carry out daily preparation of theSpa areas as per resort standards.
? ? ?根據度假酒店的規(guī)范，進行水療區(qū)的日常運營。
?Report any incidents or odd behavior to themanager.
? ? ? 向經理報告任何事件或異常行為。
Ensure correct amounts of treatmentproducts are used and wastage is minimized as per resort standards.
? ? ?確保根據度假酒店的規(guī)范，使用正確數量的理療產品，將浪費情況降至最低。
Attend to duty in proper uniform, ontime and well groomed.準時到崗，穿著制服，儀表得體。Adhere to all health and safety standardsof the resort.
? ? ?遵守度假酒店的所有健康和安全規(guī)范。
Be fully trained on all spa servicesand treatments.
? ? ?受過關于水療服務和理療的全面培訓。
Be fully trained on all spa productsand ingredients used in the Spa and salon area.
? ? ?受過關于水療和沙龍區(qū)使用的所有水療產品和配料的培訓。
Attend trainings and adapt to newtreatments as per resort requirements.
? ? ?根據度假酒店的要求，參加培訓，適應新的理療方法。
Be flexible in working schedules asper resort requirements.
? ? 按照度假酒店的要求，接受彈性工作安排。
Carry out any other job relatedduties as per resort requirements.
? ? ?按照度假酒店的要求，履行其他與職位相關的職責。
Handle guest complaints courteouslyand if not able to handle refer to Assistant Spa Manager.
? ? ?謹慎并有禮貌的處理賓客投訴事件,若不能解決則及時向水療副經理匯報。
Provide range of treatment as pertraining, using correct techniques, equipment and timeframe.
? ? ?根據所做的培訓內容,正確使用護理手法、正確操作儀器,掌握理療時間。
According Therapist Training Managertraining plan do the daily training.
? ? ?按照理療師培訓經理的培訓計劃，每天積極主動的進行培。
Check sufficient stock of linen,product, and guest amenities ie: shower gel, shampoo, tissue and etc.
? ? ?檢查房間的擺設是否齊全，如：布草，產品，以及客用沐浴液/洗發(fā)水/紙巾等物品。
Fold and store linen in accordancewith correct procedure.
? ? ?根據標準程序來折疊,存放布草。
Clean equipment used in treatments andpreparation and store in accordance with procedure.
? ? ?按步驟清潔所有在理療過程中所用到的儀器,并按標準來備用,存放這些設備。
Clean preparation, treatment areasprior to and after product preparation and treatment.
? ? 護理結束后要對護理間進行清潔 ，為下一次護理做好準備，準備好產品后應再進行檢查。
Dispose all soiled linen and rubbishin accordance to procedure
? ? ?按照標準程序來處理所有的臟布草和垃圾物品。
Ensure all product and equipment is clean andcorrectly stored確保所有產品和設備的潔凈,并恰當存放這些產品。
Ensure all clients are taken care ofwhen coming of treatments
? ? 確保關注每一位做過護理后的客人。
